business intermediary has the following responsibilities

Help
business sellers sell their private businesses

Help
business buyers buy businesses of their dream

Facilitate
private business buy/sell process

Interface
with CPAs, attorneys, bankers, escrow officers and
outside consultants during the business buy/sell process
Background required
to be a Business Advisor/Intermediary

Someone
who is very comfortable working with people from different
backgrounds

who is a problem solver

who is motivated and a go getter

Someone
with sales, financial and business background is highly
desired but required

who has some experience as a business owner or have
experience dealing with business owners

Compensation
This
is a commission only position. Applicants must show
the ability to support themselves during the start-up
phase, generally four to six months.
